  7.      fflitoppm - convert a C64 FFLI picture file to a portable pixmap file

  9. SYNOPSIS
  10.      fflitoppm <fflifile> <ppmfile>

  12. DESCRIPTION
  13.      Reads an  C64  FFLI  picture file and produces a portable pixmap file.
  14.      Will  not  cause  any color errors other than wrong RGB values for the
  15.      C64 colors. Will refuse to convert a short file.
